One of the oldest nightclubs is at St Gilgen at Lake Wolfgangsee. This is the 12er Alm bar.

It was opened in 1957. So has been around since the days of Rock & Roll and now up to the age of club music. It has of course kept up to date with the latest in music over all the years.

The 12er Alm, is just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Wolfgangsee, and is a well-known meeting place and very popular in St. Gilgen.

Whether your day has been adventurous, eventful or relaxing – a visit to the 12er Alm is always the perfect end to the day and being open until 4am there is plenty of time to enjoy.

The disco bar offers a place where your group can dance, laugh and celebrate together.

The rustic furnishings create a cosy ambience and a sociable atmosphere. Later in the evening, the changing DJs and modern technical equipment with large screen visuals create the necessary disco feeling.
This has made the 12er Alm one of the most popular nightclubs in the Salzkammergut for years and is certainly worth a visit.
