Your rafting and outdoor camp in Palfau, Lower Austria
Deep Roots Adventures has, since 1998, been organising rafting in Palfau an der Salza.
This is in the Austrian State of Styria. (Steiermarkt) within easy access to 3 airports, Linz, Graz & Vienna.
The adventure camp for rafting is located at Palfau in the Nature park Eisenwurzen – part of the National Park Gesäuse.
Since 2005 they have also run the campsite Saggraben with it’s restaurant and pub “SÄLZAM”
This is directly at the main exit point of the River Salza. Here they also have the possibility to accommodate and look after large groups or clubs.
Deep Roots offer various packages to suit everyone from the individual to large groups or clubs.
Whether in combination with canyoning or an early bird trip in the morning, they have the right rafting package for everyone. Of course, they also offer exclusive “only you” tours for your group.

Enjoy an exciting and wildly romantic full-day tour with a rafting boat or individual canoe, including a picnic snack on the banks of the River Salza! After the tour we go to the grill buffet for BBQ then to bed and breakfast in the camp.

As a rule, each sports week is individually prepared and planned together with the teachers. You have the opportunity to put together a suitable variant from various sports offers, excursion destinations and accommodation.
