Many guests prefer a privately owned Chalet or Apartment for their holidays. This can give the nice feeling of independence to come and go as a family pleases. No fixed meal times or worry about disturbing other guests.

Many clients prefer book private Chalets or apartment, so they can be free to research an area before deciding to purchase themselves.

Private Chalets have the advantage that they can be holiday let for short periods, from a week long duration to over 3 months.

Private holiday apartments unless in a hotel complex and to comply with local regulations, are for bookings of over 28 days….so effectively for the longer stay guests and very cost effective. Great for familes who can take their holidays one after another. Mum and Dad go one week, the grandparents the next, the children the next and then maybe friends have the last week?

Private chalets are also, very suitable for our friends from around the world when touring Europe for a few months, as this works out much cheaper than hotels.
