The Alpine residences ski chalets are conveniently situated with direct access to the ski slopes from the main entrance of the resort.
The chalets are all built, they were completed to shell stage in 2016. Seven have been fitted out to specification as as required by the buyers.
As each client purchases a modern chalet the layout and interiors are fitted out to client’s specifications as best possible within building regulations.
St Lambrecht is only a few hours drive to the Adriatic coast making a day out or even an overnight stay in Venice a very tempting addition to any holiday stay.
