Amazing Austria is an Associates partnership and we have been in business since 2003.

Our UK offices are situated in Teignmouth on the south Devon coast, South West England.

We also have an admin office, at Wolfgangsee in Austria.

So..a little bit about us and our services. We have been helping and advising clients buy property and land in Austria for over 18 years.

What do we do for you?

We become your personal Property Consultants and advise you to the best of our knowledge about property in Austria and the regulations of the property market.

We do not directly work for the seller, this is the job of our Austrian colleagues to look after the sellers interests. Our remit is to look after you our client, buying a property in Austria. We have gained so much knowledge of the Austria property market and German language over the past 16 years and all the regulation changes that have come about, plus current regulation changes. We use this knowledge to guide you to the property best suited for you, or if you have already chosen a property, we can check all is in order with the local agent.

As a buyer it is important to get the most for your money. Should you wish, we can negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best purchase price. Our agency commission for purchases of property advertised on our website is 3% + vat and by using our website and relevant services you agree to the payment of our fees. This is the same as you would pay an Austrian agent and is regulated by the Austrian government. With a purchase, our services are shared with our Austrian Colleagues, but you pay no extra whatsoever and get unbiased advice as we are working for you.
