Kitchen and a bathroom suits are a personal choice and not included.
Foundations are our client’s responsibility. Delivery is not included and will be quoted separately.

At what point do we connect the services i.e. gas, electric, waste & water?
Services such as electricity, gas, water and waste are ideally connected once the walls are in position, and before they are insulated. The interior walls present an empty void into which services may be installed. These cavities are then filled with insulation in readiness for internal wall finish. Likewise, one should consider any pipe work or cable connections necessary within the ceiling area, before final cladding. These matters should discuss with your contractor before works commence.
