Developed from an original Family Pension in 1955, it was expanded in 1981/82. The hotel, is not open but is fully equipped and can be put into Tourist operation immediately. The Hotel in East Tyrol is in a well-kept condition and also has an up-to-date operating permit until December 2020.

The Hotel in East Tyrol is located in a natural region in the Defereggental, in the village of Hopfgarten. The family business was closed at the end of 2015.  It not only offers young entrepreneurs the ideal conditions for a creative re-start using their own concepts and innovative ideas.
