The Guesthouse has been completely renovated to a very good standard over the past 2 years.  With very interesting features incorporated into all the rooms. To ensure every guest room had its own facilities, the very modern feature of cabin shower rooms have been installed.

There are a total of 9 letting rooms, consisting of twin bedded and double bedded.  There is the very helpful additon of a communal kitchen for the use of Guests..should they want to make a drink or snack. there is also a washmachine here for the longer staying guests.

There is a feature bar and lounge area. The current owners have put in a selection of UK bottled beers to give their European guests something a little different to the Austrian lagers.

The main kitchen is behind the bar area, and fully equipped for food preparation.

The cafe is used also a breakfast room for guests and also for passing trade stopping for a snack on their way to the highest mountain in Austria..

The current owners had plans to create a complete take away service for skiers and passing trade, with an option to order and pay by smart phone. So, for the entrepreneur, this is perfect addition to the current business and a good additonal source of income and future growth.

There is separate owners accommodation to the rear of the property. At present this a is one bedroom aparment, with Lounge, Kitchen and bathroom….but it has the possibility to extend above to create more rooms if required.
